We are pleased to welcome Julie Young and Sian Crespo to present at Mountain Minds Monday: “How Science Can Help You Meet Your Fitness Performance Goals”

Whether you’re a competitive athlete or out to enjoy a day on the slopes or trails, conflicting information about optimizing nutrition and training for endurance sports performance can make it difficult for athletes to achieve fitness and performance goals.

Julie Young, Owner of Dai Endurance and Director of Kaiser Sports Medicine, Endurance Lab, and Sian Crespo, Masters in Nutrition student and endurance athlete, will provide an overview of how you can build an effective, phased year-round endurance training program instead of doing the same stale gym workout every week.

Learn how both training and nutrition should be individualized and how incorporating metabolic efficiency testing can provide the information needed to effectively phase nutrition with training to achieve fitness and performance goals.
